Note:
New password must meet the following standards:

1. At least eight (8) non-blank characters in length
2. Maximum sixteen (16) non-blank characters in length
3. Password must contain a combination of at least one of the following types of characters each:
• Uppercase characters (A through Z)
• Lowercase characters (a through z)
• Numerals (0 through 9)
• Non-alphabetic characters (exclamation mark (!), alias (@), hashtag (#), dollar sign ($), percent sign (%), Circumflex accent (^), Ampersand (&), asterisk (*), left parenthesis ((), right parenthesis ()), underscore (_), plus sign (+), dot (.), dash (-), equal (=))
4. Must not have been changed within the last 1 day
5. Previous 5 passwords cannot be reused
